These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Smartero: Fast Storage Cleaner (the "App"), provided by Andriievskyi Eduard, registered at Ukraine, Kyiv region, Bucha, Mariupolskyi St., 6B, 08292. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Smartero helps you identify duplicate, similar, large, and unwanted media files on your device, compress videos, and store private files in Secret Space. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.
Smartero suggests files for deletion, compression, or storage based on automated comparisons. You are solely responsible for reviewing suggestions before confirming any action. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from actions you take within the App, including deletion or compression of files.
Some features may require a Pro subscription or one-time purchase, billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing, billing cycles, renewals and cancellations are managed through your Apple ID account settings, in accordance with Apple's terms.
Secret Space is a feature for storing private media on your device behind additional protection. We do not guarantee against loss of access due to device issues, app reinstalls, or forgotten credentials, and recommend keeping independent backups of important files.
The App, including its design, icons, graphics, and code, is owned by Andriievskyi Eduard and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andriievskyi Eduard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or files, arising from your use of the App.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time, and may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that could cause harm to us or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you.
